In this edition, we’re excited to introduce Tom Kinsella, our newest recruit and a dynamic addition to the sales team. Join us as we learn more about Tom, his background, and his initial impressions of working with EWFM.
Tell us a bit about yourself:
I’ve always been a very sporty, active person. I try to go running on the weekends and mid-week to keep myself fit and to get the blood pumping. Unfortunately, being in England, this is easier in summer when it’s not raining so much! I also try to play football as much as possible, and when I’m not playing, I’ll be watching, which has kept me entertained this summer with Euro 2024 on.
How long have you been at the company:
I’ve been here nearly 2 months now, and the time is flying by!
What is your current role:
My current role is Sales Executive, where I handle incoming enquiries and offer pricing for our products. We have customers in many different industries, each with unique needs and a variety of products to meet those needs. This means I have a lot of plates spinning at one time, all of which I am responsible for!
What does a usual day in the office have in store for you as Sales Executive:
Most of my time is spent managing incoming and existing enquiries. I work with customers to understand their company’s operations and requirements, recommend the most suitable products, and assist them in placing orders.
What is your favourite product and why:
My favourite product is the Swivel Joints. There are so many options available, customers are really spoilt for choice. It means I can work closely with the customers to help narrow down their choices and understand their work and requirements in even more detail.
Finally, tell us about your experience of working at EWFM so far:
It’s been a very brief but enjoyable time at EWFM so far. I am still always learning every day, both about the products and about our customers.
