On the 8th May 1945 millions of people around the world celebrated the end of The Second World War in Europe. People took to the streets of towns and cities, bonfires were lit, and street parties with singing and dancing were held. However, this was not the end of the war with Japan which continued for a further 4 months.75 years on the celebrations this year will be hugely different, with the Covid 19 Pandemic confining most of us to our homes. How we would love to be able to celebrate in the streets with our friends, families, and colleagues this year.Repercussions of the Second World War were felt for a long time and as we relive the stories of people who stood together during a time of national crisis now, more than ever, it is important to remember that we will get through this if we all pull together. At EWFM we take pride in the close working relationships we have with our customers, wherever they are in the world and we would not be able to do this without the great support of our friends in our manufacturing plants not only here in the UK but in Germany, Italy & Sweden. We are open for business as normal so talk with Mike and Guy and see how our engineered solutions can support you and help your business grow and operate safely.Tel: +44 (0) 1763 248650
