Back by popular demand, it’s time for another edition of Meet the Team! This beloved series offers our readers a closer look at the incredible individuals who make up the EWFM family. In today’s spotlight, we’re thrilled to introduce Natt Johnson, the latest dynamic addition to our sales team. Join us as we delve into Natt’s background, his journey to EWFM, and his first impressions of life on the team.
Tell us a bit about yourself:
I’ve been with my beautiful partner for seven years, and we have three amazing children — our eldest is 9, and we have 7-year-old twins. Outside of work, I have a range of hobbies that keep me busy and creative. I love roller skating and have played roller hockey at the highest level, representing the England National Team. Another big passion of mine is Dungeons & Dragons, and I enjoy hand-building my own set pieces for the game, including medieval-style houses and dungeon expanses, all crafted from foam and hand-painted. I’m also a huge Star Wars fan and love movies in general.
How long have you been at the company:
I joined EWFM in December 2024, so I’m still relatively new here.
What is your current role:
I am a Sales Executive responsible for driving sales growth both within the UK and internationally. My role involves developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with customers, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to project completion. I also work to identify new business opportunities through Site Visits with existing & new Customers.
What does a usual day in the office have in store for you as Sales Executive:
Every day is varied and dynamic. I might spend time preparing Quotations, liaising with the Manufacturing Plants, communicating with Customers, or collaborating with the Team to find innovative solutions for unique projects. Site visits are also an important part of the role, as they allow me to better understand customer needs and potential opportunities.
What is your favourite product and why:
My favourite product is the Coupling Range. I find it fascinating because of the endless combinations of Manntek products, the diverse applications they serve, and the wide array of industries in which they are used. The Manntek team has been great to work with and incredibly helpful, making my learning experience even more enjoyable.
Finally, tell us about your experience of working at EWFM so far:
Working at EWFM has been fantastic. Even though I’ve only been here for a month, I’ve been welcomed into a passionate and supportive team. Everyone is close-knit and always willing to help. It’s been an intense start, as I’m diving into a brand-new industry, but the support and encouragement from my colleagues have made it a rewarding experience. I’m excited to continue growing in my role and contributing to the company’s success!
