Double Range Bottom Unloading Arm Electrically Heated – Model 2454-TRC

EWFM supply the Double Range Bottom Unloading Arm Electrically Heated for road and rail applications for hot liquids. Due to the unloading requirements this arm is manufactured and certified to ATEX and PED. Because this model is mounted on a riser post, support mounting or riser posts are available. The connection is a bottom loading connection point.

Located at the bottom of the arm is a base support which helps a balance out the overall loading arm. Also, a handle is incorporated in the loading arm where the connection point meets the tanker which helps with manoeuvrability.  For the protection of the operator, three EEx-d box for heating systems are manufactured into the design in case of any internal explosions. If needed, insulation can be included up until the last swivel joint which will stop the heat from the loading arm escaping.
