Bottom Loading Arm Rigid Tube

The bottom loading arm rigid tube (Model 750 – SPC) is designed for tank truck loading though an API Coupler which is according to API RP1004. This model offers bottom loading where there is no use of a flexible hose. Conditions where harsh hydrocarbons are used is where you will often find this loading arm being used. The difference between the other model 750 variations is that it has a rigid tube which is less susceptible of incurring damage, and it has a longer durability with less maintenance.

The arm consists of four swivel joints, two for horizontal movement and two for vertical movement, which allows for a smooth operation for the user. A steering handle is also incorporated into the design to enhance the operating experience. The flexibility of the vertical movement is made possible through the use of a special light weight offset swivel joint which located at the bottom of the drop tube. Please note that this bottom loading arm is fixed reach. Therefore, the vehicle involved in the filling process needs to a set distance away for it to work efficiently.
