A Frame Triple Range Bottom Loading Arm
The A frame triple range bottom loading (Model 2475) is the ideal solution for when there is limited space in the horizontal direction. The A frame design allows for the arm to be in the vertical position. It then simply pulls out and down for the filling process to begin at ground level bottom loading. Due to the presence of a spring cylinder and swivel joints, this means that the wherever the arm is situated, the final connection will always remain horizontal and ready for filling. The swivel joint also enables the arm to work in both direction with the possible rotation of 360°.
Five swivel joints are found on the a frame triple range bottom loading arm, three for the vertical movement and two for the horizontal movement. Often the arm is connected to the pipe through a ANSI 150 flange. An API coupler or dry disconnect coupling can be included for an easy connection to your road or rail tanker.
