Loading Arm Signal Switches are essential for ensuring that the Loading Arm is not in use when no operators are present near the system. EWFM have six different signal switches, all with different purpose.
The loading arm signal switches are designed to control and indicate the status of the loading arm during different phases of the transfer process. They may include various switches or sensors that monitor factors such as arm position, fluid flow, or pressure. These switches help operators ensure that the loading arm is correctly aligned, securely connected, and operating within specified parameters.
For example, we have the overfill prevention which, with the help of sensor that is present on the arm of the loading system, will automatically shut off the flow if the media is getting close to capacity in the truck, railcar, IBC or whatever is being used to fill.
