To Download the Questionnaire

You will need to Right Click the link below.

When you Right click, a pop up window will appear and depending on your browser version.

Please select Save Target As (when using Internet Explorer)
Save Link As (when using Firefox)

You will see a SAVE AS window appear

In the SAVE IN box, select where you would like the file to be saved (suggest My Documents).

In the FILE NAME box, you can leave the file name as Swivel Joint Enquiry, or you can change it to your choice.

In the SAVE AS TYPE box, it should say Microsoft Excel Worksheet.

Click on SAVE

Go to the folder you selected, find the file, double click on it and it will open in your version of XL.

The Questionnaire is best viewed at 75% - 100%

Fill in the appropriate information, then click SAVE

To Email the Completed Questionnaire to EWFM

With the questionnaire still open click on FILE

Go down the list to SEND TO, a sub menu will open at the side

Click on MAIL RECIPIENT (AS ATTACHMENT)

An Email will open with the subject line filled in and the XL file already attached.

In the TO box type in sales@ewfm.co.uk

In the Message area, type in a message (if required)

Click on SEND

If your version of XL is not the same as the above example you may have to use your own method to email the attachment.
