Ladder & Stair Way Kits
For access from ground level up to the gantry platform we offer a choice of Ladders & Stairs ways. Ladders & Stair Ways are supplied in flat-pack kit
forms which are pre-dnlled for on-site assembly.
Please Note Ladders should only be used where access is limited to occasional use or where a full stair way is not practical.
Ladder & Stair Way Kits - Standard Specification
Handrails
Anti-slip treads / rungs (20mm diameter).
Material - Mild Steel
Finish - Hot dip galvanized
Fastenings
Installation instructions, requires no special tools
Ladder Options (intended for occasional use only)
Ladder type -
Vertical ladder with safety hoops or Step ladder with 65-70 degree slope.
Ladder width -
Vertical Ladder 380 mm to 450 mm.
Step Ladder 450 mm.
Ladder Step/Rung Riser Height-
230 mm to 250 mm high.
Stair Way Options
Stair way type -
Straight - with intermediate landing or 180 degree offset - with intermediate landing.
Stair way width -
800 mm wide for occasional use or 1000 mm wide for constant use and two-way traffic.
Stair way Slope -
42 degree slope for occasional use or 38 degree slope for constant use and two-way traffic.
Stair Way Step Riser Height-
190 mm to 220 mm maximum
