Non-destructive separation
Rapid Reconnection does not require tools, spare parts or shear pins.
The safety breakaway coupling system protects against damage to hoses and facilities from external forces.
The separation occurs when a pulling force is applied to the hose line, The breakaway force is independent of the line pressure.
Spring loaded design for rapid reconnection, instantly restores the line.
At a predetermined tensile force the valve triggers the emergency release.

Sizes: 1" to 4" (DN25 to DN100) Pressure Rating: 25 Bar (PN 25) Materials: Stainless Steel, Monel, Alloy 20. Seals: PTFE Chemraz, Viton. End Connections: Threaded female BSP (ISO 228) or with DIN Flanges. On request: Thread BSP male, NPT male/female, special materials and seals.
