The Safety Breakaway Coupling / Emergency Release Coupling for pull away separation is used to separate pipelines, loading arms and flexible hoses conveying liquids and gaseous media.

Separation may be required in the event of unintentional movement by road tanker, rail car, aircraft the drift of a barge or vessel during loading or unloading.

Sizes : 2” to 16” (DN50 to DN400).

Materials : Stainless Steel 316L, 316Ti. 304, Alloys, Anodised Aluminium.

Seals : FPM (FKM Viton), EPDM, FFKM (Chemraz / Kalrez). PTFE (Teflon) flat seal.

End Connections : Threaded female BSP (ISO 228), NPT or with flange types ANSI, DIN, TW, TTMA other flanges and threads available on request.
