This contact switch is mounted at the top of the drop tube, when the drop tube presses on the bottom of the tank a microswitch gives a signal to allow loading.

We can offer loading arms equipped with electrical components to signal many different positions or conditions. Signals can be given with the use of either electro-mechanical microswitches or proximity switches, both types are certified by ATEX certification
