The Safety Breakaway Coupling / Emergency Release Coupling with cable control separation is used to separate pipelines, loading arms and flexible hoses conveying liquids and gaseous media.

Separation may be required in the event of unintentional movement by road tanker or rail car, the drift of a barge or vessel during loading or unloading.

This unit can be equipped with an additional device for hand/manual separation or hydraulic remote operation on request.

Sizes : 1” to 16” (DN25 to DN400) larger sizes on request.

Pressure Rating : 10 - 40 Bar (PN10 – PN40).

Materials : Stainless Steel 316Ti, 304, Hastelloy, or Stainless Steel 316Ti with PTFE lining.

Seals : PFE, PTFE, Viton.

End Connections : Threaded female BSP (ISO 228) or with Flange types ANSI or DIN.
